Hilliard Kent Macomber
Professor of Physics

Hilliard Kent Macomber retired at the end of the 2000 spring semester
and is now Emeritus Professor of Physics. He continues to work with
Roger J. Hanson, also Emeritus Professor of Physics, on the nonlinear
behavior of a vibrating wire (string), providing theoretical assistance
for what is essentially an experimental project. His interest in physics
and mathematics continues unabated and he remains a student of both.
