August 18, 2006. The excavation for the new building entrance on the south side of the Physics Bldg, showing the 1903 foundation. A steam tunnel wall marks the far side of the pit.

 

August 18, 2006. Dr. Mike Roth stands in what will be his new office on the 3rd floor, room 313, on the building's south side. This area was an office-most recently used for Dr. Roy Unruh's and Dr. Larry Escalada's PRISMS and PRISMS PLUS grants.

 

August 18, 2006. Our newest faculty member, Dr. Jeff Morgan, stands in what will be his office on the 3rd floor. This area was part of PHY 301, the classroom next to the fire escape on the southeast corner.

 

August 18, 2006. Dr. Paul Shand standing in the hall outside his former office (PHY 004 and 004A). The floor has been excavated for the new elevator shaft. The blocked window at back will be enlarged for the new loading dock entrance.

 

August 18, 2006. Dr. John Deisz stands in what will be his new office on the 3rd floor, south side (Room 311). This area was the office of Dr. Roy Unruh (PHY 303A).
